Mr. Castillo has extensive experience handling misdemeanor and felony criminal cases. As a former assistant district attorney in Randall County, Texas, and Tarrant County, Texas, Mr. Castillo has tried over 90 cases to a jury.
Before becoming an assistant district attorney, Mr. Castillo was a juvenile probation officer where he gained valuable experience with the courts and the criminal justice system. Mr. Castillo worked with hundreds of young people accused of criminal and status offenses.
Mr. Castillo handles all criminal defense matters including, Driving While Intoxicated offenses, expunctions, probation revocations, protective orders in family violence cases, drug trafficking, drug possession, assault, robbery, crimes involving child victims and traffic violations.
Mr. Castillo has litigated dozens of contested matters before judges and negotiated literally thousands of criminal matters.
